一直离线解决方法：主要就是修改HOSTS文件。

下面是步骤：

我的电脑运行，输入c:windowssystem32driversetc，也可以自行打开目录。

然后，打开第一个叫HOSTS的文件，打开方式记事本把里面的内容全部删除，更换：

保存退出。还有假如的话，删除我的文档 ROCKSTAR GAMES 文件夹的内容，可以删除本地游戏内容 ，包括线下游戏进度（慎用）。包括界面设置等全部会清空。

当然感觉改HOSTS就可以了 ，我是可以。
